Applications to be accepted for a subsidy from the budget of Tatarstan in 2024 to federal postal service organizations to reimburse part of the costs related to the provision of postal services in rural areas of Tatarstan

In accordance with the granting of subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan to the organizations of federal postal service in 2024 for the purpose of reimbursement of part of the costs related to the provision of postal services in rural settlements of Tatarstan, by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic dated 10.07.2024 539 (hereinafter - Order) and the Order of the Ministry of Digital Development of State Administration, information technologies and communications of Tatarstan p/255 from 03.12.2024 defined deadlines for submitting applications to receive a subsidy from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan organizations of federal postal service in order to reimburse part of the costs, Postal services in rural settlements of Tatarstan

Application submission deadline: starting from December 6 till December 10.

To receive a subsidy, it is necessary to submit the documents stipulated by paragraph 10 of the Subsidy Provision Procedure to the Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of Tatarstan.

Documents are submitted on paper and electronic device. All documents submitted on paper should be clearly printed. All sheets of an application submitted on paper should be numbered. An application submitted on paper should be stitched and certified by the signature of an authorized person and sealed with a seal (if there is a seal) on the back of the application indicating the total number of sheets. During five working days from the date of registration of the application, the Commission shall review the application and the documents attached thereto, specified in paragraph 10 of this Procedure.
