Tatarstan citizens prefer using electronic queuing system to standing in the line

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications and Ministry of Health have worked on optimization of software in electronic queuing terminals that are used for booking appointments with a doctor. All 325 terminals installed at medical organizations have been updated. The interface has become more usable.

This service is one of the most popular electronic services in Tatarstan. It is available on the Portal of state services, mobile application “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan”, and terminals.
