Tatarstan innovations presented to the Governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area

Tatarstan innovations in the sphere of medicine and IT were presented to delegation of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area. Delegation headed by the Governor Dmitri Kobylkin was met at the international airport “Kazan” by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, and Deputy Chairman of State Council Aleksandr Gusev.
The first place of working visit was Educational centre of high medical technologies. There Minister of health care Airat Farrakhov demonstrated advanced technologies used for training doctors. He told about advanced medical methods used in Tatarstan and invited colleagues from Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area for cooperation in the sphere of medical education.
Governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area visited Universiade village and spoke to the students living there. Also a short presentation of World student games -2013 was shown to Dmitri Kobylkin. Head of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area left a note in distinguished visitors’ book.
Director of IT-park Dinar Nasyrov presented technopark in the sphere of high technologies. RT Vice-premier - Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov told about key areas of informatization in Tatarstan. RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov shared his personal experience of using the system “E-government”. He emphasized that rendering state service in electronic format had become popular in republic.
Programs “Electronic education”, “Electronic healthcare” and GLONASS+112 being realized in Tatarstan were presented to Dmitri Kobylkin.
Director-general of GUP “Agency for state order, investment activity and interregional relations” Yakov Geller told about advantages of Tatarstan electronic trading site.
Director-general of ZAO “Innovative-production technopark “Idea” Sergei Yushko told about experience of republic in creation of infrastructure for supporting small and medium business.
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
