Anisa Gainullina appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of info and communications

By the Edict of RT Cabinet dated March, 30 2011 №239 on April 4 2011 Gainullina Anisa Zamilevna was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of info and communications. Earlier she held the post of Director of legal department of ZAO “Innovative-production technopark “Idea”.
Anisa Gainullina will be in charge of issues connected with realization of plan on conversion to rendering state and municipal services in electronic format.
Anisa Gainullina was born on December, 14, 1976 in Nabrezhnie Chelny. In 2001 she graduated from Tatar institute for business promotion by speciality “jurisprudence”, in 2010 – Kazan state financial economic institute by program “Master of business administration”.
2001-2005 – legal adviser at Joint stock insurance company “Industrial insurance company”
2005-2006 – main expert of legal department at State non-commercial organization “Investment venture fund of RT”
2006-2007 – head of legal department at State non-commercial organization “Investment venture fund of RT”
2007 – head of division for execution of state contracts under Dept. of state purchase of RT.
2008-2009 – deputy head of Dept. of state purchase of RT
2009-2010 – Deputy Director-general of JSC “Idea & partners” on legal issues

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
