163 thousand people visited portal of state services uslugi.tatar.ru in February

“Issue of transferring state services into electronic format is a priority one for Tatarstan Republic and Russia”, - RT PM Ildar Khalikov announced at the meeting dedicated to rendering state services in electronic format. I.Khalikov believes that first of all it is necessary to transfer into electronic format the most asked-for services.
Prime Minister noted that transfer of state services into electronic format will let to avoid bureaucratic barriers, decrease the number of visits to state institutions and provide transparency in work of state authorities. By his words, the ideal model is when any citizen of republic may interact with state distantly to solve his/her problem.
By words of Vice Prime Minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov dynamics of growing number of visits of state services portal uslugi.tatar.ru indicates that electronic services are in demand today. Thus, in February 2011 163 thousand people visited portal of state services. One of the most popular services is payment of State Traffic Safety Inspectorate fines.
Nikolai Nikiforov reminded that today the following services are being rendered in electronic format: receipt of foreign passport, extract from Unified State Register of rights to real property and State cadastre of property, payment of tax debts, payment of funds for savings part of pension, and booking of place and time for marriage registration in Civil Registry Office.
Besides, realization of “electronic queue for kindergartens” started in March.
Head of Ministry of info and communications told in details about the project “electronic queue for making an appointment with the doctor” that is being implemented in Nizhnekamsk municipal region.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
