All-purpose electronic card to become a convenient tool of state services

Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov believes that Tatarstan citizens are ready for implementation of all-purpose electronic card.
Nikolai Nikiforov said this at briefing at RIA News which preceded the 21st session of Commission under RF President for modernization and technological development of Russian economy.
By words of Nikolai Nikiforov, today about 18 % of fines, 14 % of services on drawing-up international passport and 8 % of services of civil registry office are paid in electronic format in republic.
In opinion of Aide to RF President Arkadi Dvorkovich, all-purpose electronic card is one of the largest projects under authority of Commission on modernization. He reminded that currently the card is being implemented in three pilot regions – Tatarstan and Bashkortostan Republics, Astrakhan region. There is also some groundwork in Moscow and Krasnodar.
According to Chairman of “Sberbank” Board German Gref “all-purpose electronic card is absolutely new tool of interaction between authorities and citizens” that will help making the process more transparent and will reduce corruption.
While using the card citizens and organizations will be able to work with various applications.
Arkadi Dvorkovich noted that key decisions on terms of program implementation and technical requirements should be accepted at the session.
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
