Tatarstan IT-projects presented to Moscow journalists

February,23. Delegation of journalists of federal mass media headed by TV talk-show hostess Tina Kandelaki visited Kazan IT-park. Officials of federal mass media were accompanied by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. Projects in the sphere of IT-technologies were presented to the guests.
RT Vice-premier – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov made the key presentation. He told journalists about the system “E-government”. Tina Kandelaki personally used application for electronic documents circulation on «iPad».
Nikolai Nikiforov told about implementation of IT-technologies in health care system of Nizhnekamsk city and widespread program “Electronic education” that is being realized in Tatarstan.
Vice-premier informed about plans of Tatarstan to create complete set of educational materials by all subjects and classes in electronic format.
In the course of presentation Tina Kandelaki contacted Director General of “Google Russia” Vladimir Dolgov via service “Skype”. Head of Russian office of well-known corporation noted major achievements of Tatarstan in IT-sphere and said “Google” sees many points of contact with republic.
Also the project of “IT-village”, Tatarstan elaborations in the sphere of rendering state services in electronic format were presented to the delegation.
Moscow journalists visited company “Bars group” – one of the leading developers of software for “E-government”, dispatcher centre “GLONASS+112” and other organizations on the territory of technopark.
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
