Leadership of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications considered 544 requests of citizens since January till June 2015

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications carries out work on increasing quality of services. One of important areas of the ministry work is processing citizens’ online requests received on the official website www.digital.tatarstan.ru and e-mail mic@tatar.ru , in the state information system “Public control”, on the portal of state and municipal services (uslugi.tatarstan.ru), and requests forwarded from Tatarstan President’s Administrative office.

All requests are registered in electronic document management and are processed in accordance with the Federal Law “on the order of processing citizens’ requests”.

A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.

In the "People’s Inspector" app Tatarstan residents earned 5.6 million roubles: The highest payout went to Kazan resident—275,000 roubles

Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
