More than 2.8 thousand messages were sent to “Public inspector” system since it was launched

2,835 messages were sent to “Public inspector” system since it was launched last November. Most common problems of refusals are low quality of videos sent by citizens and failure to choose the right category.

1.5 thousand claims are being processed by Tatarstan State Traffic Inspectorate and regional administrative inspectorates.
