Extended presidium session of Labour Union of Russian communications workers of held in Kazan

Extended presidium session of Labour Union of Russian communications workers with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, Chairman of Labour Union of Russian communications workers Anatoly Nazeikin, and Deputy Chairman of RT Labour Union Federation Tatyana Vasilieva was held at Kazan IT park on July 16.
“Industry-specific labour union is the criterion of systemic work, very big political power that helps balancing interests of employees and employers. As far as I know, labour union of communications workers is one of the biggest in Russia. Russian Post is one of major employers in Russia,” Roman Shaikhutdinov said.
The Minister wished everyone fruitful work, new achievements, and recommended walking around Kazan in their spare time.
Roman Shaikhutdinov noted that the presidium session was held at Kazan IT park, the first technopark in Russia dealing with development of IT companies.
Anatoly Nazeikin presented a medal of Labour Union of Russian communications workers “20 years of social partnership in communications industry” for active participation in activity of labour union and active cooperation with the union.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
