More than 5, 000 requests sent to “Public control” system were not approved by moderators

19, 000 comments sent to “Public control” system and 200 comments on state purchases were processed by Call centre of State services for the first six months of 2014. 5 thousand of 13.5 thousand requests were not approved by moderators. Most refusals concern categories “Territorial development” and “Traffic management”.
Moderation of requests is done in accordance with approved regulations. Most common reasons for refusal are “Mixing of different categories”, “Indistinct text”, “Incorrect address”, and “Is not applicable”.
To avoid refusals, we recommend looking through the list of categories on the portal of state services in section “About the project”.
