More than 225, 000 calls received at Call centre of state services of the Republic of Tatarstan for the first six months in 2014

Call centre of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan is doing major work on rendering quality information services to people. More than 225, 000 calls were received at Call centre for the first six months in 2014. With new services of the Pension Fund, citizens started addressing Call centre to ask about the size of pensions and social benefits.
Also, new services such as mobile service payment, and entering gas meter readings without necessary payment are now available on the portal. Making payments on the portal has become safer due to introducing 3D Secure system.
Call centre started rendering technical support to users of automated information system of multi-purpose centres.
