Roman Shaikhutdinov presents Innopolis at international conference “Innovative city” in Nice

On June 25, Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov presented Innopolis at the international conference Innovative city 2014 in Nice. Besides, memorandum on cooperation was signed between Innopolis University and EURECOM Institute.
To the point, Tatarstan delegation led by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is visiting France these days.
Speaking at the conference, Rustam Minnikhanov said that modern infrastructure for doing business was created in Tatarstan, and much emphasis is paid on two major projects – Innopolis and Smart City Kazan.
Students at Gymnasium No. 75 in Kazan took part in an educational session under the "Digital Literacy" project, focusing on topics such as "Pet Protection in the Digital World" and "Harmful tips on Digital Security", which is implemented in support of the national project “Data Economy”.
Tatarstan residents have increased their phone communication by one-third. According to MegaFon, in March 2025, the average person talked on the phone for 4 hours and 49 minutes per month. This year, the average call time has risen to 6 hours and 20 minutes.
