Issues of information security discussed in Kazan

Aide to Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District , Deputy Chairman of Coordination information security council Anatoly Zagryadsky held a session of the Council in Kazan. Chief Federal Inspector in Tatarstan Renat Timerzyanov took part in the session.
Representatives of authorities, members of the Coordination council from Tatarstan, Mordovia, Udmurtia, Samar and Nizhny Novgorod regions, Bashkortostan, Mari El, Perm and Penza regions discussed information security upon data processing in state and municipal information systems.
Speaking at the session, Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov said that much emphasis is out on information security in Volga Federal District, and it is important to use common approaches.
Head of Federal Service for Technical and Export Control in Volga Federal District Aleksandr Martynov presented a medal “For strengthening state information security system” to Roman Shaikhutdinov.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
