Infomats “Electronic Tatarstan” installed in all Zelenodolsk schools

Infomats “Electronic Tatarstan” were installed in 12 Zelenodolsk schools under the project “School card”. Using these infomats, pupils can top up school cards, and use the whole range of electronic state and municipal services.
To the point, the school card enables controlling attendance of lessons of additional education, admission to schools, pay transport fares and school meals.
Bracelets with PayPass microchips were developed for junior students.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
