Rustam Minnikhanov meets with representatives of the community of global shapers

On May 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov, Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, and IT park Director Anton Grachev took part in a round table on problems and prospects of youth entrepreneurship and education within the framework of World economic forum “Cities-New Champions”.
Many issues that young and active leaders, members of the community of global shapers are interested in were discussed at the meeting. Participants of the meeting asked Rustam Minnikhanov about plans on development of the republic, and the impact of international events, such as Universiade, on Tatarstan citizens.
Tatarstan President answered that currently major efforts are taken on promotion of the republic, development of tourism and culture. He noted that creation of positive information environment around the republic is very important.
The meeting was held in a warm friendly atmosphere. Rustam Minnikhanov told about Tatarstan achievements and great role of young specialists for its development.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
