The system of electronic health care to be shown to Russian Minister of Health Veronika Skvortsova

On May 14, during her working trip to Tatarstan, Russian Minister of Health Veronika Skvortsova will get familiar with the Unified state information system “Electronic health care of the Republic of Tatarstan” that was created within the framework of programmes “Modernization of health care system of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2011-2012” and “Development and use of information and communication technologies in the Republic of Tatarstan” “Electronic Tatarstan”. During her visit Veronika Skvortsova will also meet with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
