Tatarstan achievements in electronic education presented to Dmitry Livanov

On march 25 Russian Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Livanov, accompanied by Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov and rector of Kazan Federal University Ilshat Gafurov, visited Kazan IT park .
Showing Dmitry Livanov around IT park, Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov told about Innopolis University, High School of Information Technologies and Systems. Roman Shaikhutdinov said that building efficient IT staff training system, attraction of pupils’ interest towards the industry, organisation of programming competitions is very important.
Head of Business incubator Yaroslav Shvetsov told about business incubation system , successful projects and residents.
One of new projects, “Microparts” startup, was presented to Dmitry Livanov.
Roman Shaikhutdinov also told about electronic state services and document management system, and information system “Electronic education of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
