Every second parent submits application to kindergarten online

For three years 91, 000 electronic applications to kindergartens have been submitted via portal of state services uslugi.tatarstаn.ru.
To the point, the service was launched in March 2011.
Every month 3, 000 Tatarstan citizens submit online applications to kindergartens.
More than 52 per cent of all applications in Tatarstan are submitted online, every second parent uses this service on the portal of state services.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
