Rails Girls Kazan -2014 is a unique two-day training on software development for girls

Rails Girls training is held on March 15-16 in Kazan for the first time in Russia. The event organized by resident of Business incubator Headmade and technopark “Navigator campus” will be held at Kazan IT park (52, Peterburgskaya st.)
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov will welcome participants of Rails Girls Kazan.
“Our goal is to attract girls to the industry, tell them about technologies and help to develop their first application,” Technical Director of Headmade Anton Taraev said.
Any programming skills are not necessary for participation in the training.
Two-day programme includes work in small groups and brief presentations about programming, design and web.

Students at Gymnasium No. 75 in Kazan took part in an educational session under the "Digital Literacy" project, focusing on topics such as "Pet Protection in the Digital World" and "Harmful tips on Digital Security", which is implemented in support of the national project “Data Economy”.
