Users with personal accounts can influence state purchases on the portal of state purchases

New service “Public expertize” was launched on the portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru. Users, who have personal accounts of the portal, can make comments concerning state purchases. The service implies public discussion of planned purchases and schedules for location of orders for purchasing goods, works and services.
State purchases of four pilot ministries and one municipality are brought up for discussion:
1. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan
2. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan
3. The Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan
4. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan
5. Kamskie Polyany township
20 positions are available for public discussion. Information about planned purchases and schedules for location of orders for purchasing goods, works and services is entered by government customers in the information automated system “Online shop”. Those positions chosen by customers for public discussion become available on the portal.

About 2,000 students of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (IITS) at Kazan Federal University (KFU) received scholarships for studies in “Software Engineering” with a focus on “Modern Software Development.” Annually, more than 22.6 million roubles are allocated from the regional budget for this purpose under the “Personnel for the Digital Economy” regional project.
To date, Yandex delivery robots began operating in the Novo-Savinovsky and Sovetsky districts of Kazan. On December 2025, robot delivery was firstly introduced in the Vakhitovsky district of the city.
The implementation of robot delivery is aimed at making everyday life more comfortable for residents through the use of advanced technology. Users will be able to track the movement of the courier robot on a map directly within the app, ensuring transparency and convenience. Since robots do not require breaks or rest periods, delivery services will operate reliably around the clock.

Director of the MTS branch in Tatarstan Marat Kabanov outlined key areas of work in 2025 and the achieved results.
On March 27, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvyn held a meeting with Director General of "Info-Obereg" Vladimir Dorofeev.
Such meetings between the minister and representatives of the IT community are held on Fridays in an open dialogue format. These personal meetings provide an opportunity for companies to share their experiences, discuss their projects and seek support.
