The competition commission, headed by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Bulat Gabdrahmanov announced the winners of the regional contest “Best Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan”.
The project is aimed at identifying outstanding specialists, enhancing the professional level of Multifunctional centre employees and sharing best practices in working with applicants and team members.
Competition process:
The first stage involves evaluating participants’ applications, video presentations, as well as professional and psychological testing of employees.
The second stage involves discussing the results, scoring, and selecting the winners.
The 1st place in the “Best MultifunctionalCentre” nomination went to the Privozhsky Department in Kazan.

“This competition provides an opportunity to discover additional professional tools to make the provision of public services as convenient as possible for everyone. It also develops creative problem-solving skills, fosters a positive team atmosphere and ultimately impacts the quality of daily work,” Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrahmanov said.
The winners will represent Tatarstan at the annual All-Russian contest “Best Multifunctional Centre of Russia.”
