The People’s Control system in Tatarstan remains one of the most popular tools for resolving everyday and social issues.
Residents report issues related to public improvement, road conditions, the work of clinics, kindergartens and other city services. The system helps not only record problems but also ensure their elimination.
Since its inception, 743,818 requests have been published. An average of 246 requests are received daily. The service's most active audience is citizens aged 25 to 34.
In comparison with 2024, the year 2025 reveals important trends:
In 2024, 92,000 requests were received, an average of 275 requests per day. In 2025, over 86,000 requests were received. This means that residents are complaining less, as many issues are being addressed systematically and are less frequent.
The service is developing not only quantitatively but also functionally. In 2025, integration with the Feedback Platform was implemented, and new categories in the Security area were added to the system, which have become a tool for combating drug trafficking and financial fraud.
Further plans include a comprehensive modernization of the system, improved routing of complaints and reduced processing times. Applications for all categories next year will be submitted through the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA).
We also remind that residents can contact the Public Control Office regarding snow removal, courtyard conditions and the condition of their surrounding areas.
