The Official Portal of Tatarstan remains the key digital access point to information and services from regional government agencies. In 2025, the portal's development was accompanied by an expansion of its infrastructure and increased engagement, reflected in behavioral metrics.

Today, the portal's unified digital network includes 315 websites of government agencies and subordinate organizations. This approach ensures uniform standards for information presentation and simplifies residents' interactions with the government.

One key indicator was the average time users spent on government websites. In 2025, it was 2 minutes 31 seconds, compared to 2 minutes 16 seconds the year before. This increase may seem insignificant, but for government resources, it indicates an increase in the practical value of content and services. Users are more likely to not simply open a page but to stay to solve a specific problem or obtain the necessary information. The portal's primary active audience annually consists of users aged 25 to 34.

In 2025, the portal's infrastructure continued to be developed. Thirteen new websites were created for scientific institutes, support centers and municipal districts. The portal's administration system was modernized to improve functionality and ease of use. Comprehensive security enhancements were also completed for all websites within the ecosystem.
