Russian Startup Week at IT Park is entering its final stage and continues to impress with its fruitful programme.
Today, participants delved into aspects of developing innovative projects – from team building and overcoming burnout to working with web3 technologies and finding funding.
The day opened with a lecture and interactive session, "Motivation without burnout: How to maintain team drive over a marathon," which was led by a team building expert Elina Nasibullina,. Participants received practical advice on maintaining consistent motivation, maintaining momentum and building team unity during long-term projects.
In the afternoon, a representative of Skolkovo Aleksander Fertman gave a lecture on "Technological Entrepreneurship in DeepTech". The speaker discussed current issues related to obtaining grants, supporting university startups, and shared his experience developing projects in the high-tech sector. The event attracted many attendees interested in launching and scaling DeepTech initiatives.
The highlight of the day was IdeaTON, a mini-hackathon hosted by TON CIS HUB. This is the first joint effort between IT Park and the largest crypto community in the CIS, where participants created and developed projects in the fields of Web3 and blockchain. Collaborating with experts, generating ideas, supporting and pitching allowed participants to gain valuable experience and get a head start on future startups.
The day concluded with an intensive workshop on applying for grants from the Internet Development Institute, where participants, primarily from the game development industry and game developers, learned about the practical nuances of submitting applications, common mistakes, useful life hacks and the specifics of the competition programmes.
Russian Startup Week will end on December 5 with a winter selection of projects for the IT Park, where the best teams will have the chance to join Tatarstan's innovative ecosystem.
