On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
Unlike traditional educational programs, the joint project between Globus Labs and IT Park will immediately create project teams ready for full-time work in the industry. This model addresses a key market problem: the gap between graduates' academic knowledge and the real needs of companies.
"We see tech giants building their own educational ecosystems. Our agreement also addresses the education issue for smaller companies, creating a common training infrastructure accessible to the entire market, for both large and small organizations. Tatarstan enterprises no longer need to develop their own educational programs—they can connect to an existing system and receive ready-made teams tailored to their needs," Vlasov explained.
The partnership includes the launch of joint practical courses, study clubs, hackathons and project labs based on the infrastructure of IT Park. With an increasing shortage of IT specialists, the ability to quickly train qualified teams will increase the competitiveness of the republic and its attractiveness for high-tech projects.
