3 April 2025, Thursday

Enrollment of children in first grade through the State Services Portal is gaining momentum: over 14,000 applications were submitted in the first hours of the campaign. The campaign started at 8:00 a.m. in Tatarstan on April 1, and in just one hour, parents submitted 14,143 e-applications. By the end of the day, this number increased to 21,475, and by April 3, by 4:00 p.m., the total number of applications exceeded 24,000.

The most popular educational institutions among parents were:

1. Gymnasium No. 184 named after Mirza Makhmutov, Sovietsky District, Kazan - 373 applications.

2. Lyceum "Algorithm" of Pestrechinsky region of the republic - 357 applications.

3. Polylingual Gymnasium "Adymnar - Almetyevsk" - 336 applications.

4. Multidisciplinary Lyceum No. 185 of the Soviet District of Kazan - 291 applications.

5. Polytechnic Lyceum No. 182 of the Kirovsky District of Kazan - 274 applications.

The admissions campaign is held in two stages:

• April 1 - June 30: applications from citizens living in the territory assigned to the school, as well as those who have the first and preferential right to enrollment.

• July 6 - September 5: applications to any school, regardless of place of residence, subject to the availability of vacancies.

It is important for parents to remember that information about enrollment and the notification "Congratulations, your child has been enrolled in first grade" will be received only after the school issues an order, three days after the end of the admissions campaign.

Compared to last year, the popularity of the State Services portal has increased significantly: that year about 16,000 applications were submitted per day, which is 5,000 less than this year. This indicates a high demand for the e-service among the population and its convenience for solving various problems related to public services.

Digitalization of public services is carried out under the federal project "Digital Public Administration" of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State". This is aimed at increasing the availability and convenience of receiving public services for citizens.

The State Services Portal continues to make life easier for citizens, making processes such as enrolling a child in first grade simpler and more accessible.
