MTS Travel launches a digital gastronomic guide on Kazan
Travel service in cooperation with Tatarstan State Committee for Tourism launched a free digital gastronomic guide to Kazan.
The city restaurant guide is developed with artificial intelligence and local experts, including representatives of the restaurant industry, food bloggers and gastro enthusiasts. AI tools were used initially to collect open source data and feedback on establishments, as well as to give them an average rating. The selection was made with a rating of at least four out of five possible points. The top rated restaurants were verified by local experts. The goal of the project is to introduce the characteristics and diversity of the gastronomic scene of the region, as well as help travelers in organizing leisure activities in the capital of Tatarstan. The guidebook contains more than 130 places, including restaurant award winners and ratings, as well as six new establishments opened in 2024.
