In preparation for this important international event, about 600 additional video surveillance cameras from Tattelecom company have been installed in public spaces in the capital of Tatarstan. These measures are aimed at ensuring the security of not only city residents, but also participants of the summit, which brought together more than 30 countries and about 20 thousand participants.

The cameras cover key points: pedestrian crossings, 11 subway stations, busy traffic interchanges and tourist sites. The records will be stored on secure cloud servers. The accommodation also features high-speed Wi-Fi and TV signal points to ensure a comfortable stay and access to information. Don’t forget about mobile communication! The Letay operator has already doubled the capacity of the base station near Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, and another six sites are in the process of being modernized. To achieve maximum communication quality, 14 base stations throughout the republic were also optimized.
