The Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in his address to the State Council of Tatarstan outlines priorities and tasks for IT industry
On September 27, in his annual address to the State Council of the republic, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov outlined priorities and tasks for IT industry of the republic.

• Tatarstan is rightfully in the top positions in the field of information technology and digital development
• Tatarstan was the first region with all state and municipal services available to citizens in e-form
• Proactive services for residents need to be implemented
• Special attention is paid to the digitalization of social industries
• In health care, it is necessary to complete the creation of a single digital circuit in the industry; expand the use of telemedicine technologies; create a regional platform of biomedical data for the development of personalized medicine; ensure information security and protection of personal data of patients
• In education, all schools have been connected to high-speed internet and «My school» platform has been launched. Similar platform should be created for secondary specialized schools
• In Tatarstan, a high-quality modern IT infrastructure has been created.
• Three IT Park sites demonstrate effective work, including the Bashir Rameev Technopark, which has become a catalyst for digital development, uniting phygital, the Children's IT Park and hundreds of promising startups in one place
• In 20 regions of the republic municipal IT-sites are operating
• A powerful foundation for technological leadership has been created in the republic, including advanced IT infrastructure, talented specialists, a strong scientific base and comprehensive government support
• Our goal is not just to maintain the current level, but to make a qualitative leap that will allow Tatarstan to be the Russian advanced center in artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
I instruct the government of the republic to develop a comprehensive programme of breakthrough IT solutions by 2030.
