Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Albert Yakovlev takes part in the conference "Digital Technologies and Law"
Kazan Innovative University hosted the III plenary session of the International scientific and practical conference «Digital technologies and law», organized by the Kazan Innovative University after Timiryasov together with Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications. Conference brought together representatives from different branches of legal science and practice, government and business to discuss current issues regarding the mechanisms for ensuring the legal regime of rapidly developing digital technologies.
Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Honored Lawyer of Tatarstan, Chief Researcher of the Research Institute of Digital Technologies and Law, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure of the Kazan Innovation University Ildar Begishev moderated the meeting. He emphasized the importance of digitalization in the modern world: "The topic of digitalization continues to be at the center of the agenda of the country and our region, so we are holding a large-scale conference on digital technologies and law for the third time." Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of Tatarstan Albert Yakovlev emphasized the need to introduce relevant technologies into public administration and the importance of participating in the conference to ensure their efficiency.
During the meeting, reports were also presented by leading experts in their fields: Maksim Zaloilo, Elena Avakyan, Marina Rozhkova and Maria Bazhina.
