From September 26 to 28, Kazan will host the All-Russian distributed festival of unmanned aerial systems "Reaching for the Sky!", which will cover 18 cities of Russia.
On September 26 at 3:00 p.m., Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin and the President of the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan Rifkat Minnikhanov will attend the opening ceremony.
On September 27 at 3:00 p.m., a press approach will be held with the participation of the Minister Ayrat Khayrullin and the Rector of the "University of the National Technological Initiative 2035" Vadim Medvedev. The Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technology and Communications Aleksander Khinshtein is also expected.
