Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization signs agreements on transfer of state agencies to Russian software
On September 10, at the Kazan Digital Week international forum, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin signed a number of cooperation agreements between the Ministry of Digitalization of the republic, R7 Company and the vendor NOTA (Holding T1).
The cooperation agreement with R7 provides for joint activities to create solutions for the transition of government bodies and organizations to Russian software. Under the agreement with NOTA, software and hardware solutions will be created to transfer Russian software in key sectors of the economy and government agencies by 2030, as well as to increase investment in domestic IT solutions in 2025-2030. The goal is to achieve 80% use of Russian software in the private sector and 95% in the state sector.
