On July 16, at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan, First Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technology and Communications of Tatarstan Ilya Nachvin and the Human Rights Commissioner of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya informed about working with the population and citizens' appeals in the digital environment based on the results of the first half of 2024.
Nachvin said that in 2022, 100% - all 319 state services were transferred to e-form in 2022 in accordance with the goals of the national project "Digital Economy". Saburskaya informed that today almost all ministries and departments of the republic have accounts on social networks - this is another feedback platform.
Over the entire period, more than 35,000 citizen requests have been received through the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services Feedback Platform, including more than 24,000 (68%) were on healthcare issues.
