Ayrat Khayrullin hands in diplomas to the best graduates of Kazan National Research Technological University
On July 15, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technology and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin took part in a solemn ceremony of awarding diplomas to the best graduates of the Kazan National Research Technological University.
Among those who received diplomas are students who have shown themselves in different areas: from sports and creativity to science and social activities.
Ayrat Khayrullin graduated of the Kazan National Research Scientific University in 2003. In 2023, he headed the established Association of university graduates. It is a public organization aimed at accumulating the knowledge, experience and initiative of graduates of Kazan National Research Technological University in the development of the native university.
