First Minister of Communications of Tatarstan Rinat Zalyalov celebrates his 75th anniversary

On July 10, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin, congratulated the Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry, the first Minister of Communications of Tatarstan, who headed the ministry in 1993-2005, Rinat Zalyalov on his 75th birthday.

Rinat Zalyalov was the first minister of the department. During his work, about 2,000 kilometers of communication lines using optical cable were built in the republic, all regions of Tatarstan were provided with long-distance automatic telephone communication (ATC), and the digitalization of zonal communication was fully completed.
