In 6 months of 2024, more than 153 million services for 14 billion roubles were provided through the State Services Portal of Tatarstan. For comparison, in 2023 the residents of the republic were provided more than 317 million services for 27 billion roubles through the portal.
Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of PublicAdministration, Information Technologies and Communications analyzed statistics and identified the following dynamics:
• 220 e-services are provided on the State Services Portal every minute;
• every 4th family pays for housing and utility services through the Portal, which saves an average of about 8 hours of personal time;
• 76 per cent of portal users are women, about 24 per cent are men. To date, the service of making an appointment with a doctor has been at the top of the most popular services on the Portal for several years now. This year, more than 6.2 million users have already used it. The service of entering readings of housing and utility services meters (2.4 million) and gas supply (more than 1 million) were also in the top most popular services.
