This year the total amount of transactions made by users of the State and Municipal Services Portal amounted to 26.9 billion roubles.
Since 2009, the Portal has been a single Internet resource for interaction between the population and government authorities providing e-services for the purposes of the national project “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation.”
Due to the Portal, Tatarstan residents have the opportunity to receive many services online without leaving their home.
Today, the Portal provides 467 services, including payment for housing and utility services, e-queue for schools and kindergartens, enrollment in technical schools, obtaining a passport, applying for marriage and other significant services.
The most popular services among portal users are:
- making an appointment with a doctor, which has been used more than 10 million times.
- submission of meter readings for housing and utility services, which were used more than 4 million times.
The national project “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” is being implemented on behalf of Vladimir Putin.
