Ceremony of laying flowers at the monument to the "Soldiers-communicators”

October 20 is the Military Communicator's Day, dedicated to Russian military communicators, including military personnel and civilian employees of military communications units of the Russian Armed Forces.

On this special day, International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communication organized ceremony of laying flowers at the monument to the “Soldiers-Communicators”.

Under the event, students of the college performed poems and sang songs. Minute of silence and laying flowers became important symbols of this holiday.
