Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization discusses anti-corruption issues
On September 27, the Kazan IT Park on Petersburgskaya, 52 hosted a meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption and was attended by members of this commission, members of the Public Council under the ministry, deputy ministers, heads of subordinate organizations, heads of structural divisions of the ministry, as well as the chief adviser to the organizational department of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan on anti-corruption policy issues Ruslan Nikonov.
The meeting was held under the implementation of the anti-corruption action plan approved by the Ministry.
In his welcoming speech, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin emphasized that the ministry pays attention to anti-corruption measures, both in the implemention of digital development projects and in the prevention of corruption offences.
The head of Tatarstan Centre for Digital Transformation Aleksey Edelskov made a report on the analysis of procurement at the State Institution. The director of the International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communication Yury Bagrov spoke about the targeted expenditure of budget funds at the State Educational Institution.
At the end of the meeting, the Minister of Digitalization emphasized the importance of a systematic approach to procurement and the efficiency of spending budget funds under the activities of subordinate institutions.
