Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization is working on verification of Rutube account through State Services Portal

Russian Ministry of Digital Development is working on enabling Rutube users to verify their account through the State Services Portal, the Ministry reported. Users and content authors can register on the platform in the usual way, and verify their account by filling out a form in their personal account.

To verify the user with the help of the State Services Portal, it is necessary to choose the appropriate option in your personal account on the video hosting. This will allow bloggers to post videos without queuing and long-term moderation, as well as prevent downloading unwanted content. Only private persons can be verified through the State Services Portal. The video hosting service will only receive information about confirmation of verification without personal data of citizens.
