On March 1, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, First Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of Tatarstan Ilya Nachvin said that over 2021, the number of active users of the State Services Portal increased to 1.6 million people.
“The most popular platforms among Tatarstan residents are the State Services Portal of republic, the "People's Control" system and the system of surveys of residents. A one-stop shop for receiving all public services is a unified portal. It is in demand, in 2021 the number of active users has increased by almost 500 thousand - up to 1.6 million people. The number of transactions increased from 290 million in 2020 to 314 million in 2021. The number of payments made through the portal increased by 4 billion up to 30 billion roubles,” Nachvin said.
He noted that the impressive growth was due to the launch of new services. With its help, people can check and pay fines, in particular for non-payment of municipal parking or for violations of the rules of improvement in the city.
Nachvin said that by the end of 2022 all state and municipal services in Tatarstan will be transferred to e-form.
In addition, the speaker emphasized that all security measures are observed in the republic so that no disconnections and failures of the Internet occur. “We are working in an enhanced mode so that there are no DDoS attacks on our databases, the data center where all the information is stored. Today we are working in an enhanced mode, there are no concerns,” First Deputy Minister said.
The Commissioner for Human Rights in Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya said that on the Portal of State Services of Russia, the most popular topics of appeals from Tatarstan citizens were QR codes, PCR tests and social payments.
