New contests to support Artificial Intelligence startups launched

The Fund for the Promotion of Innovations announced the start of the selection of IT projects for the programmes "Start-1-AI", "Start-2-AI" and "Development". The contests are held under the federal project "Artificial Intelligence" of the Digital Economy national programme.

Technological teams developing solutions that simulate human cognitive functions and obtain specific results can take part in the contests. Applications are submited on the website –https://online.fasie.ru/.

The winners of the contests will receive support and funding amounting up to 4 million roubles ("Start-AI-1"), up to 8 million roubles ("Start-AI-2"), up to 20 million roubles ("Development of AI"). They will be able to use the funds received to expand the team, attract external experts, purchase data sets and rent cloud services.
