Ayrat Khayrullin: Already in June, Tatarstan citizens will be able to receive 34 services in e-format

On April 14, speaking at a meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic on the progress in the e-transfer of State and municipal services, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin said that in June, Tatarstan residents will be able to receive up to 34 e-services through the Portal of State Services of Tatarstan.

The meeting, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister - Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic Shamil Gafarov, was devoted to the implementation of digital transformation projects in Tatarstan.

During his presentation, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization reported on the results of work on optimization of receiving and delivery of public services for 2020 and plans for the current year.

To date, 372 state and municipal services are provided in Tatarstan, including 111 socially significant, of which only 18 services are transferred to e-form. By the end of the year, it is planned to implement all 111 social services e-format and the remaining 261 services by 2023.

Khayrullin also reported on the current status of the transfer processes in each of the ministries and agencies: how many services have been analysed and described, which services have approved administrative regulations and how many services have already been transferred to e-format.

The minister also said that over the past year, the team of the digital agency has already completed the description of 175 services using Lean Manufacturing methodologies. The remaining 190 services will be described and optimized this year.
