Ayrat Khaylulin introduces digital Tatarstan to Arkady Dvorkovich
On April 8, during a working meeting in the Technopark in the sphere of high technologies «IT-park», Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin introduced the priority directions of digital development of the republic to Chairman of Skolkovo Foundation Arkady Dvorkovich.
Khayrullin emphasized that the IT-park has been a regional operator of the Skolkovo Foundation since 2018: the technopark’s team helps Tatarstan companies and startups to undergo expertise for joining the number of Skolkovo residents.
Today Tatarstan ranks third (after St. Petersburg and the Sverdlovsk region) among all regional operators in the number of Fund participants. As many as 65 regional companies are residents of Skolkovo, and 120 projects are currently preparing applications for joining the Fund.
Khayrullin also introduced the Business Incubator - a platform where startups receive comprehensive support for development during a year (equipped workplaces, legal and accounting support, a virtual server, investment promotion, etc.). Today the Business Incubator is open both in the Kazan IT Park and in Naberezhnye Chelny. In addition, since 2021, a representative office of the Business Incubator has appeared in Innopolis.
During a meeting with regional participants of the Fund project, Tatarstan companies could directly address Dvorkovich and inform about their projects.
At the end of the meeting, Dvorkovich emphasized that today Tatarstan is one of the most active regions with which Skolkovo works. Besides the main consulting activity, Kazan IT Park and the Fund are implementing many joint projects. For example, an export accelerator to China is scheduled to be launched in April, which will help regional companies to enter the international market.
