Russian Post launched a new service for individuals across the country. The service helps the recipient to pay for the delivery of the parcel. Now it is available only in the Android Mail Application, but in the future it will be available to the owners of smartphones on iOS and visitors to the company's website.
The new service will be especially relevant for sellers of goods in social networks and on platforms with private announcements.
According to Internal Russian Post Office data, clients of the Post Office from the segment of correspondence between private persons most often find buyers on social media and messengers (44.5 per cent) and on private ads (38 per cent).
