On March 5, in Quantorium children’s technopark in Naberezhnye Chelny, the regional qualifying stage of the open All-Russian Olympiad in 3D technologies was held.
The Olympiad is held under the project "Engineers of the Future: 3D Technologies in Education". The Association of 3D Education from Saint Petersburg is one of its organizers.
Over 40 children from different regions of Tatarstan took part in the regional stage. At the Olympiad, the modellers had to design and develop prototypes of innovative single-seated desks for the biology and mobile classroom with a microbiological laboratory, and print out their models.
The winners were:
Age group 7-8 grade
3rd place - Bogdan Breslavets, Naberezhnye Chelny;
2nd place - Iskander Zinnatov and Ayaz Khadiullin, Mamadysh region of the republic;
1st place - Daniel Zakirov, Naberezhnye Chelny
Age group 9-11 grade
3rd place - Artur Petrov and Amir Gumarov, Yelabuga;
2nd place - Ruslan Abdullin, Naberezhnye Chelny;
1st place - Dmitry Cherneev and Alexey Shremzer, Nizhnekamsk.
