20 November 2020, Friday

On November 20, First Deputy Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvin took part in the 6th All-Russian Videomeeting of State Expertise Organizations, where he presented a new Tatarstan Platform for Construction Assistance to its participants.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, Russian Minister of Construction, Housing and Utility Services Irek Fayzullin, Head of the Glavgosexpertiza (Russian State Expertise) Igor Manylov, researchers from the RANEPA (Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration) and representatives of government agencies from other regions took part in the meeting.

In his presentation, Nachvin informed the meeting participants about I build platform being created in the republic, which will become the main digital assistant for residents in the construction sector. Tatarstan residents and developers will be able to solve all issues arising at different stages online: from the beginning of construction to its completion.

Residents and developers in these areas can request to Executive Boards for four services:

- Notification of planned construction;

- Construction permit;

- Assigning an address to a construction site;

- Notification of completion of construction.

By the end of the year, the number of services on the construction assistance platform will increase: the services of the Russian gas company “Gazprom” and the electricity supply company “Setevaya Company” will be added. And its full-scale launch for the whole of Tatarstan is planned for 2021.
