World AI & Data Challenge Data Hackathon held in virtual format
A large-scale data-hackathon will take place on July 4-5 under the second stage of the World AI & Data Challenge international project and Agency for Strategic Initiatives. IT and data specialists, students and representatives of IT companies can take part in it.
Data hackathon is held under the support of:
• Boiling points - Kazan;
• Virtual Boiling Point - Naberezhnye Chelny;
• The future boiling point of the Kazan State Power Engineering University and the Innopolis Special Economic Zone.
Hackathon participants will have to develop and submit their own high-tech solutions in 48 hours.
In February 2020, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the World Bank launched the international contest of World AI & Data Challenge, aimed at solving global socio-economic problems with the help of big data processing technologies and artificial intelligence.
The contest consists of three stages. As many as 147 tasks were submitted from Singapore, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia and 43 regions of Russia at the first stage of the competition. The best tasks selected by the expert jury of the contest will be introduced for solving both under the data-hackathon and for independent work after the event
