Governor of Volgograd region Sergei Bozhenov visits IT-park

Delegation of the Volgograd region led by the Governor Sergei Bozhenov visited High Technology Technopark IT-park.
Head of the Governor’s Administration Maxim Reshetov, Advisers to the Governor Sergei Zakharchenko and Munira Shabanova, Minister of press and information of the Volgograd region Olga Dyakova, Minister of economy, foreign economic relations and investments Elvira Lagutina, Minister of transport and road facilities Andrei Putin and Minister for state property management Marina Leontieva are on the delegation.
Guests were accompanied by the Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov.
Members of the delegation were met by Deputy Ministers of informatization and communications Anatoly Geller and Anisa Gainullina, and Director of High Technology Technopark IT-park Dinar Nasyrov.
Dinar Nasyrov told about IT-park and unique ecosystem that enables training specialists from school days. There are two technoparks functioning in republic now, in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny. Net sales of residents of the Kazan IT-park made more than 4 bln roubles in 2012.
Dinar Nasyrov also told about Higher School of Information Technologies and Systems of the Kazan Federal University where specialists for Tatarstan’s IT sector are trained.
Deputy Minister of informatization and communications Anisa Gainullina told about rendering of state services in electronic format. A unique electronic document management system was also presented to the guests.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
